Snacks are a Good Thing:
It is important for the body to receive nutrients about every 3 hours. If the body needs nutrients and you have not eaten anything, then the body will want to breakdown what it already has (MUSCLE) to provide you with what it needs. It is important to make your snacks into Mini-Meals! Each Mini-Meal you eat should have a combination of a Carbohydrate and Protein. You want to fuel the body with any potential nutritional demands it may have.
