How to Request a Refund

If you’re not completely satisfied, email the following information to dfadairybrands@casupport.com with “Sport Shake” in the subject line of your email:

• First and Last name
• Email address
• A legible photo or scan of your purchase receipt

Once approved, your refund will be issued via Tremendous, a secure platform that lets you choose from a variety of payment options.

Eligibility Requirements

• Only first-time purchases of Sport Shake are eligible.
• Your purchase must be from a local retailer or SportShake.com.
• Purchases made through Amazon.com or other online resellers are not eligible.
• Limit one refund per customer

DFA holds the right to confirm your identity. Incomplete or late requests will not be honored or refunded.
